Jessica Marquard, R.L.A., ASLA, APA 
Managing Member

Jessy received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on wetland ecology from the University of Oregon. Later, she received her Master's Degree of Landscape Architecture and Master's Degree of Urban and Regional Planning from Cornell University. She is a registered Landscape Architect in the State of New York.

Jessy's energy and enthusiasm for Landscape Architecture and Planning drives her to strive for a thoughtful balance of aesthetics, sound site engineering, and the natural and built environments. Jessy brings varied experience in municipal, commercial, residential, industrial & utility projects, including the management of multi-million and billion dollar projects. 

Ms. Marquard’s contribution to landscape architectural and planning projects includes:

  • stakeholder engagement and consensus building;

  • representation through the public review process;

  • municipal permitting and SEQRA;

  • conceptual design for campuses, communities, parks and open spaces;

  • grading and green infrastrucrure;

  • plant material selection;

  • development of zoning code;

  • master plans and revitalization plans;

  • photorealistic and hand drawn renderings of plan recommendations; and

  • construction detailing of various project types
